Key Definitions

Betting Company – Winmatch, an online platform offering sports betting and casino gaming services.

Affiliate Program – A marketing scheme where affiliates promote Winmatch to attract new players.

Affiliate – An individual or entity registered at affiliates.winmatch.com who promotes Winmatch and brings new users.

Players – Users who register and place bets on Winmatch through affiliate referral links.

Earnings – Commissions earned by Affiliates based on the net revenue generated by their referred players.

Profit – The amount wagered by players minus any winnings paid out.

Payout – The transfer of earned commissions from the affiliate account to an external payment method.

Payment Period – The timeframe after which affiliate commissions become eligible for withdrawal.

Promotional Materials – Banners, logos, and tracking tools supplied to Affiliates to support promotion efforts.

Affiliate Agreement

By enrolling in the Winmatch Affiliate Program, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

Winmatch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notifications sent via the email registered during signup.

Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above.

Affiliates are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Winmatch disclaims liability for unauthorized account access.

Registration may be declined or terminated at Winmatch’s sole discretion, without obligation to disclose reasons.

All amendments to these Terms take immediate effect upon publication on the affiliate portal.

Affiliate Responsibilities and Restrictions

Affiliates receive approved promotional content and may utilize Winmatch website materials, but may not impersonate Winmatch or misrepresent affiliation.

Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to:

• Unsolicited spam emails, pop-under, or click-under advertising
• Contextual ads using the Winmatch brand name without authorization
• Domain registrations containing “Winmatch” aimed at redirecting branded traffic
• Cookie stuffing or embedding unauthorized iframes

Breaches will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Only one affiliate account per person or company is permitted. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

Winmatch reserves the right to end partnerships at any time without prior notice.

Referral Commission Structure

Affiliate commissions start at 20% of net revenue from referred players. This rate may be reduced to 15% after six months of inactivity and further to 5% after twelve months without new first-time deposits.

Commissions are void for players flagged for fraud or abuse. Chargebacks will cancel any related CPA payments.

High-Roller Policy

Players generating negative net revenue exceeding $10,000 monthly are classified as High-Rollers.

• Negative balances roll over and are applied only to the respective High-Roller’s future activity.
• Negative revenue does not transfer between different players.

Commission Payouts

Payments are made monthly by the 15th day for the prior month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100.

If the minimum is not met, balances carry forward. Technical delays can extend payout processing by up to two months.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should be submitted via email to the affiliate support team. Cases will be reviewed within 14 days. Use of abusive language or dishonest conduct may result in dismissal of complaints and possible termination of affiliate status.
